Hydraulic Product Solution Manager

Our client is a multinational engineering solutions provider specializing in industrial technologies and automation solutions. The company serves manufacturing plants, OEMs, system integrators, and industrial customers across Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of hydraulic products and solutions in line with the  company’s business strategy. 

• Act as the product and technical focal point, supporting sales and engineering teams in  hydraulic projects through solution consulting, product selection, and technical  presentations. 

• Support hydraulic solution development in cooperation with BIBUS Hydraulic Group  specialists and hydraulic manufacturers. 

• Coordinate closely with hydraulic manufacturers regarding  technical discussions, solution development, and product training. 

• Provide internal technical training and customer training. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, Mechatronics, or a related  technical field. 

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Mobile Hydraulics and/or Industrial Hydraulics. 

• Experience in Product Manager / Product Specialist (Hydraulics), Technical Manager  (Hydraulics), or Engineering / Project roles related to hydraulic systems and solutions. 

• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and technologies, including hydraulic power  units, pumps, valves, cylinders, filtration systems, manifolds, and integrated hydraulic  solutions for industrial and mobile applications. 

• Ability to design, review and validate hydraulic systems and solutions, and provide  technical support during commissioning and start-up activities. 

• Experience in hydraulic system design, commissioning is preferred.

• Good communication and persuasion skills when working with customers and partners.

•  Good English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate directly  with international partners and work with technical documentation. 

•  Good communication and presentation skills. 

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
