PMC Manager

Main Responsibility:

• Develop and manage Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

• Synchronize production across multiple manufacturing workshops.

• Coordinate international material supply, especially with China-based suppliers.

• Optimize inventory, WIP, and production flow.

• Lead the PMC team and collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and external suppliers.

• Drive ERP utilization and continuous process improvements through KPI analysis.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of PMC/Supply Chain management experience.

• Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, ERP (SAP preferred), inventory management, and production planning.

• Experience coordinating international supply chains.

• Fluent English communication.
