ERP Engineer

Our client is a Netherlands-invested manufacturer specializing in premium indoor furniture for global markets. As part of its digital transformation journey, the company is investing in enterprise systems and smart manufacturing technologies to enhance operational efficiency and support future growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the daily operation of the ERP system, ensuring system stability and performance.

• Optimize ERP functions and business processes to improve operational efficiency.

• Gather business requirements from internal departments, propose appropriate solutions, and configure/implement system enhancements.

• Monitor and manage ERP system usage across the organization.

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP applications and related modules.

• Support the company's digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, promotion, maintenance, and technical support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, operation, and maintenance.

• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

• Experience in ERP system configuration, implementation, and optimization.

• Basic programming knowledge is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in ERP system deployment and maintenance is preferred.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with ERP customization and business process improvement.

• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation projects is a plus.
