Legal & Internal Control Assistant to GM

Nhiệm vụ chính:

Internal Control & Operational Risk Management

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's internal control systems and operational procedures.

• Conduct internal audits across Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, Administration, and other business functions.

• Identify operational risks, compliance gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses, and recommend practical improvement plans.

• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and strengthen operational discipline across departments.

Procurement & Inventory Control

• Review the necessity and reasonableness of purchase requests.

• Audit procurement activities, inventory management, material issuance, and consumption of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.

• Identify excessive inventory, duplicate purchases, waste, and process deficiencies.

• Recommend practical control measures to improve operational efficiency.

Legal & Contract Management

• Review procurement, service, engineering, construction, investment, and other commercial contracts.

• Identify legal, commercial, operational, and financial risks.

• Recommend contract revisions to balance legal compliance with business objectives.

• Coordinate with external legal advisors when required.

Compliance Management

• Monitor updates to Vietnamese laws and regulations, including labor, investment, taxation, environmental protection, and occupational health & safety.

• Translate regulatory requirements into internal policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.

• Support the implementation of compliance programs across the organization.

• Liaise with government authorities and external agencies when necessary.

Project & Investment Risk Control

• Review contracts related to factory construction, renovation, equipment investment, and engineering projects.

• Assess contractual risks related to payment terms, project acceptance, warranties, liabilities, and dispute prevention.

• Protect the company's legal and commercial interests throughout project execution.

Management Support

• Serve as a trusted business partner to the General Manager on legal, compliance, and operational risk matters.

• Provide risk analysis and practical recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement across the factory.

Yêu cầu chính:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business Administration, Audit, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Legal Affairs, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Operations Management within a manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience in export manufacturing or multinational manufacturing companies is highly preferred.

• Experience in procurement control or supply chain management is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of contract review, legal risk assessment, and internal control systems.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and factory processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver practical and executable solutions.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Fluent English communication is required.
