IT Manager

Our client is a Netherlands-invested manufacturer specializing in premium indoor furniture for global markets. As part of its digital transformation journey, the company is investing in enterprise systems and smart manufacturing technologies to enhance operational efficiency and support future growth.

Main respinsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Vietnam IT team and all local IT operations.

• Ensure stable operation of IT infrastructure, applications, and business systems.

• Manage IT budget, vendors, procurement, and contracts.

• Deliver local IT projects while supporting global IT initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with global IT standards, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery policies.

• Improve IT services, end-user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years in an IT Manager or equivalent leadership role within a multinational manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, and end-user support.

• Strong experience in IT project management, budgeting, vendor management, and change management.

• Solid understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, CRM, cloud infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Experience working with global or regional IT teams in a matrix organization is highly preferred.

• PMP or other project management certifications are an advantage.

• Fluent English is required; Chinese communication skills are a strong advantage

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
