BIM MODELLER

TalentsAll's client is a global professional services company specializing in testing, inspection, certification, and technical consulting, serving various industries including industrial manufacturing, construction, environmental services, energy, and consumer products. The company operates across multiple countries and works closely with multinational corporations, FDI manufacturers, and industrial businesses.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

• Create, update and revise BIM Models and drawings throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and modify BIM models and drawings based on laser scanner point clouds and other inputs.
• Create BIM deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication.
• Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models, drawings and families.
• Develop internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
• Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure projects like tunnels, bridges, train tracks and stations would be preferred.
• Basic English in reading and writing skills, for documents and texting with client sometimes.
• Proven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and others.
• Experience with working in Collaborative BIM platforms such as ACC is appreciated.
• Knowledge of BIM Automation tools, plug-in such as Dynamo, Revit API, Diroots and others is an advantage.
• Work experience for international companies for infrastructure is an advantage.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
