Lay Up Process Engineer

Công ty sản xuất vốn đầu tư nước ngoài (FDI) đang phát triển nhanh, chuyên về các sản phẩm composite công nghệ cao, cung cấp cho thị trường quốc tế như ô tô và công nghiệp. Công ty sở hữu nhà máy hiện đại tại Việt Nam, tập trung vào Lean Manufacturing và cải tiến liên tục.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports
• Review product & tooling design from process perspective
• Lead process implementation and documentation (WI, SOP, etc.)
• Ensure on-time sample delivery and process readiness
• Troubleshoot and optimize processes during trial and pilot runs
• Support handover to production team and monitor initial runs
• Collect data and maintain lesson-learned database
• Participate in R&D and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical field
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks (2D/3D)
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP
• Understanding of composite materials and lay-up process
• Good English communication skills
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving ability
