Lean&Technical Manager

Our client is a Netherlands-invested manufacturer specializing in premium indoor furniture for global markets. As part of its digital transformation journey, the company is investing in enterprise systems and smart manufacturing technologies to enhance operational efficiency and support future growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Lean & Technical Department.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, TPM, OEE, SMED, and Line Balancing.

• Develop standard working hours and factory capacity models.

• Improve productivity, equipment utilization, process efficiency, and labor performance.

• Lead continuous improvement projects and support factory digitalization initiatives.

• Work cross-functionally with Production, PMC, Quality, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Purchasing teams.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 8 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years in management.

• Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge.

• Experience in furniture manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Good English communication.
