Metal Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all production activities of the Metal Workshop, including strategic planning, capacity planning, and daily operations.
• Manage key metal fabrication processes such as laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, grinding, and powder coating.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives (TPM, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Cellular Manufacturing, etc.) to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Establish production standards, optimize manufacturing processes, and continuously improve quality performance.
• Control production costs, material utilization, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety.
• Lead and develop the workshop management team while collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metal Materials Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in metal manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding, CNC processing, and surface treatment.
• Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing.
• Fluent English communication.
