Product Engineer

The company is a global technology firm headquartered in New York, USA. It specializes in designing and manufacturing wireless networking products for enterprise and home use. In Vietnam, the company operates primarily through outsourced manufacturing partners, with a strong presence in provinces like Bắc Ninh and Hải Phòng. Its product portfolio includes Wi-Fi access points, routers, switches, and surveillance systems under the UniFi and airMAX brands. While not widely visible under its own name locally, it plays a key role in global supply chains for networking equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between product development and manufacturing to ensure smooth product transition from design to mass production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and TE to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
• Analyze and resolve production-related issues to improve process stability and overall yield rate.
• Set up and optimize programming stations (online and offline) to ensure reliable and efficient firmware writing processes that meet production requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with yield rate improvement, FA methodologies, and statistical tools (SPC Chart, CPK, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical skills, communication ability, and team collaboration mindset.
• Experience with programming tools and soldering equipment (e.g., Nuvoton, Dediprog, and BGA rework station).
• Understanding of circuit schematics, test flow, and electronic components.
